I was generating good revenue but spending 60% of my time on tasks that didn't move the needle, manually processing job applications, updating candidate databases, creating personalized feedback reports, filtering through hundreds of emails daily, and constantly re-checking to make sure no important ones slipped through. I was working IN my business, not ON it.
Sound familiar? As a FullStack Founder, you're expected to be the CEO, CTO, head of sales, customer success manager, and operations director all at once. The problem isn't that you can't do these things, it's that doing them manually keeps you trapped in the day-to-day instead of building the future.
That's when I discovered something powerful: there's no box when it comes to automation possibilities.
I was making money but felt like the world's most expensive administrative assistant, and I knew you probably do too.
Take our hiring process. We used to get 700+ applications for every job posting. I'd spend entire weekends sorting through resumes, knowing 90% weren't qualified while good candidates got lost in the noise. Meanwhile, rejected candidates got generic responses or, worse, radio silence.
Here's what I built instead: An AI-powered system that automatically filters candidates based on real qualifications, sends personalized feedback covering 10-15 improvement points to those who don't qualify, and delivers only the top 40-50 applications to my desk.
The Result? What used to take 15 hours now takes 30 minutes. Quality candidates get faster responses. Rejected applicants get valuable feedback. Everyone wins.
But that's just one example. When building AixonAI from scratch, I also implemented AI-powered code reviews that automatically check every piece of code for security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and best practices, something that used to require hours of manual review or expensive external audits.
That's the power of boundless thinking.
From 15 hours of resume hell to 30 minutes of actual decision-making.
Amey comes from Sanskrit, meaning "boundless" or "limitless". and Ops is operations. Together, they represent the idea that there are no limits to what you can create and automate or achieve with the right mindset and tools. I chose this name because I strongly believe every problem has a solution, it might seem out of budget or impossible, but there IS a solution.
Most people think "outside the box". I believe there's no box at all.
This philosophy transformed my latest venture, AixonAI.com, where I automated nearly everything and reduced operational costs to under $100 per month with just one full-time team member. If I could achieve that level of efficiency, why shouldn't every startup have access to the same possibilities?
The word "impossible" just means I haven't found the right solution yet.
Here's what frustrated me most: emerging startups were paying the same automation prices as established enterprises. A founder bootstrapping their first company shouldn't pay the same as a Series B startup with millions in funding.
That's not just unfair, it's broken.
I've spent 17 years building systems for companies across the US and UK, leading teams of 40+ developers, and delivering everything from SaaS platforms to AI-powered applications. I've seen what enterprise automation looks like, and I know it doesn't have to cost enterprise prices.
Enterprise pricing for bootstrap budgets? That's not a business model, that's just mean.
We don't just automate processes, we reimagine what's possible when operational boundaries disappear.
Our approach:
Our mission: Help every startup founder focus on growing their business instead of juggling tasks that eat up time but have minimal impact on growth.
We don't just build workflows, we build the freedom to be the founder you set out to be.
I don't just talk about automation possibilities, I live them. Here's what I achieved in my own business.
Client case studies and live demos coming soon...
These aren't projections or promises, these are my actual achievements on latest project.
Right now, we're working with forward-thinking founders through our exclusive Founder Program, learning about the specific challenges FullStack Founders face and building solutions that actually solve real problems.
Our vision: In 3 years, every startup founder will focus on growing their business instead of juggling operational tasks that should run themselves, and keep their profits instead of spending them on expensive tools.
We're building the future where founders build empires, not to-do lists.
